She was a girl of eighteen or so,
through her eyes, innocence flow
but her face bears the taints of the past
which misfortune over her, so skillfully cast.
Not the misfortune, but its the society to struck her down,
and now looks upon her, with a frown.
The society, which in name of love, hooligans breed,
society enveloped with lust and greed.
At eighteen, she might have been an epitome of youth and grace,
but now, at eighteen, acid engulfed half her face!
